Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer who builds with AI the way a carpenter builds with power tools. Not as a novelty. Not occasionally. As the default.

You'll work directly with the founding team on a production codebase that processes real financial transactions and live supply chain data for customers across the U.S.-Mexico trade corridor. You'll own features end-to-end, ship regularly, and help shape how we build.

What You'll Work On

• Ship full stack features across Harva’s lending platform and ERP product, owning them from database schema through to UI
• Use AI coding tools (Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or your setup of choice) as a first-class part of your daily workflow, not just for boilerplate generation
• Integrate with financial data providers, customs systems, and third-party APIs that power the produce supply chain
• Build on and extend our AI automation layer, including document processing, intelligent data routing, and workflow triggers
• Maintain a disciplined local/staging/production pipeline and hold the bar on engineering quality
• Be in the room (literally) for architecture conversations, code review, and product planning

Who You Are

• 3+ years of full stack experience shipping production web applications
• Fluent with AI coding tools in your actual daily workflow, and able to talk specifically about how you use them to go faster and build better
