The international perishables trade is an $850 billion market, and harva is building its business and financial operating system. The company runs two products that reinforce each other. An AI-native ERP built for produce distributors, replacing legacy systems and spreadsheet chaos with real-time inventory, lot-level traceability, and a natural language interface that lets warehouse operators create purchase orders in natural language. We have embedded our first product, Supply Pay, into Harva, turning our ERP into a cross-border invoice finance platform that helps sellers get paid in hours instead of weeks, backed by $113M in total funding across debt and equity. Clients using Harva generate the operational data that underwrites financing decisions, so every invoice, every shipment, every lot record makes the risk model smarter and the capital more efficient. We are live with paying customers, processing real transactions across the border every day, and shipping product at a pace that would be reckless if the team weren't this close to the people using it. We are in the Rio Grande Valley, the #1 port of entry for perishables in North America. We are close to customers and this is intentional.
If you are accepted to join us, you will learn more in six months than most people learn in three years at other startups/companies, because there is nowhere to hide and nothing is abstracted away from you. You will ship features that touch real money moving across international borders by your second week. You will sit in on underwriting calls, watch a customer in McAllen use something you built to move a truckload of perishables, and solve a production issue in the same afternoon. You will develop opinions about trade compliance, cross-border risk, AI tooling, and the economics of international trade finance, not because anyone assigned you a training module, but because the work demands it. The team is small, the customers are real, and the decisions you make will be visible in revenue within days. Bigger companies will offer you a title and a lane. Harva will offer you the whole map and expect you to navigate it.
This is not a remote job. Every hire we make works in-person in South Texas.
